Division of Building and Inspection legal documents
I. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES : perform the function of advising and assisting the Director in the formulation and execution of legal documents . Construction and Enforcement Division legal office perform the following tasks :
1 . Construction , project director and program implementation , 5 -year work plan and annual work plans of the thematic areas under the jurisdiction of the Department and participate in program development and design long -term development plan , 5 -year and annual plans of the Judiciary .
2 . Coordinate with the Office of the Provincial People's Committee of the Provincial People 's Committee for approval and adjustment programs to build legal documents of the provincial People's Committee , in coordination with the Department of the Interior , Department of Finance , Department of Planning and Investment , the departments and agencies involved in drafting construction program is expected resolutions of the Council of people 's Committees of provinces to provincial people's Councils in accordance with law .
3 . Coordinate preparation of draft legal documents issued under the authority of the provincial People's Committee due to other specialized agencies of the provincial People's Committee chair and editor .
4 . Appraisal of the draft legal documents by People's Councils and People's Committees of provinces issued under the provisions of law .
5 . To gather people's opinions about the project , draft legal documents under the direction of the provincial People's Committee and the Ministry of Justice .
6 . Subscribe to general enforcement of legal texts in the province .
7 . Guide professional monitoring services to law enforcement in the field of management to specialized agencies of the People's Committees of provinces and district-level People 's Committees .
8 . Synthesis , reporting on the implementation of legal documents in local and propose measures to tackle the difficulties and obstacles in the implementation of legal documents to the provincial People's Committee and the Ministry of Justice measures .
9 . Guide , check out professional services for the legal work of the specialized agencies of the provincial People's Committee and State enterprises .
10 . Subscribe to assist the Department of Justice to advise and assist the province to perform the tasks of state management of compensation in local scope .
11 . Perform other duties as prescribed by law or assigned by the Director of the Department .
