. Functions and duties

- Develop and submit to PPC for approval of trade and industry development plan , building plan short- term and long -term development of trade and industry in the area and after implementing the Provincial People's Committee .

 

- Collect , analyze and assess periodically the disproportional targets of the whole industry . Chaired synthesis , analysis , periodic reports , ad hoc reports on the activities of trade and industry under the provisions of provincial ministries , ministerial-level agencies .

 

- Building Research programs and projects related to industrial development - the locality Trade stages , each period. Implementation , monitoring and reporting programs , projects and plans assigned branch .

 

- Advising the Department Executive Committee shall perform the function and duties Permanent Steering Committee for the development of the province and Services Steering Committee programs delivered by the People's Committee of Dong Nai Province . - Advising the Board of Directors Promotion Department of the activities in the province ; preside over organizational appraisal of industrial promotion schemes under decentralized monitoring , inspection reports evaluate the implementation of the project extension of recurring .

 

- Research synthesis reviews of establishments and enterprises to propose recommendations to the Department of Government, the Ministry of Industry and Trade , the People's Council , People's Committee supplementing and amending mechanisms and policies related to development industry and trade development within its jurisdiction .

 

- Work closely with the advisory bodies of state management in the province as of Planning and Investment , the Management Board of Industrial Zones l , Statistics , Department of Economics , Industry and Trade of the districts and Bien Hoa city ... in the proposed building and implementing mechanisms of trade policy development , monitoring and reviewing the situation , inspection, monitoring and support of business operations .

 

- Participate and coordinate with relevant agencies to prepare the document content , to help the Department Executive Committee hosted the meeting between the leaders of the leaders of departments / branches and business undertakings orientation , planning , plans , programs , schemes and mechanisms and policies to develop trade and industry .
