- The management of outbound delegations to :
+ Advised Decision delegations from a record store , track , synthetic ;
+ Decision Advise on teams from a record store , synthetic track ;
+ For Friendship Group , diplomacy , journalism , non-governmental , conference workshops : room cooperate with overseas Vietnamese - IR and Culture - Information for foreign record check and implement procedures monitoring report to the head of the corner .
- The Passport , Visa .
- The search for missing foreigners in Vietnam War ( MIA ) .
- Activities of individuals, foreign organizations related to personal , property , travel , work and live , work , study , travel ... in the area .
- The other consular matters : accidents , strikes , move the remains ...
- Other Duties as assigned directly .
