. Functions and duties
- To advise the Department of Trade and Industry leadership the province enacted regulations on the management of rural electrification , the project investment voltage power grid as decentralized rural , rural electrical safety .
- Construction of power development planning Dong Nai province to province for approval to the Ministry of Industry and Trade ; planning power development districts , provincial towns and approval process ; instruction , test performed after approved applications development new energy , renewable energy in the province .
- Provide training on legal knowledge activities in the area of electricity , training , professional development courses , professional electrical safety for workers , technical workers organized under the management of rural electricity .
- To advise the Department of Trade and Industry leadership the provincial People's Committee , amend , supplement , extend and revoke licenses for electricity activities .
- To implement the plan in electricity prices in the province after the approval of competent authority .
- Coordinate with specialized inspection performed functional power bar , check the organizations and individuals in the observance of the provisions of the State in the field of electric power operations and propose measures to deal with violations of law related to the electricity sector activities in the area .
- Appraisal and Decision approving the basic design of power projects as assigned by the PPC .
- Appraisal and Decision approving the bidding documents , bidding result of power projects as assigned by the PPC .
- Comments planning zones , industrial parks , urban residential areas in the province .
- Develop a plan for rural electrification annually for the district , provincial town approval process .
- To advise the Board of the Department of Trade and Industry Leaders commenting certified practicing engineer construction activities in the province .
- Develop procedures and processes relating to quality management systems within the scope of the functions assigned to it .
- Manage and update spatial data and attributes of the project management database of municipal power .
- Are required organizations and individuals in the province providing the information and content relevant to their functions and duties of style .
- Make Insurance Other duties assigned by the Director of the Board .
