I. Functions and duties
1 . Function : Press Room - Publishing , a unit of the Department of Information and Communications , which functions to advise and assist the Board of Directors for the Department to manage the operational state of the press and published in the locality Dong Nai province .
2 . Duties and powers :
- In the press operation :
. Guides and implementing the provisions of the law on press activities in the province ( including printed , spoken , visual press and electronic media on the Internet ) ;
. Organize press checks deposited and management of newspapers deposited locally ;
. Manage the granting and revocation of the operating licenses for agencies and organizations in the province ;
. To the Director to review and answer about the statistics regarding the proposal to hold a press conference with other agencies and organizations in the province ;
. Organization receives , records appraisal and suggest the authorities to grant press credentials , press licensing activities , licensing and publishing press releases , other publications and information products prescribed by law for agencies and media agencies and other organizations in the province ;
. And review the records to the Director of the Department to allow the press agencies of other local representative office , liaison offices , resident agencies in the province ;
. Organizations implementing a career development plan for radio and television in the province after it is approved;
. Organize the management and use of receiver signal broadcasting directly from satellites to units , organizations and individuals in the province as prescribed by law .
- In terms of publishing :
