Construction Division is engaged in helping the government implement the directors of the following :
◦ Guide organization and operation of the machinery of government at various levels in the area ;
◦ Organize and guide the election of deputies to the People's Councils at all levels to coordinate with the concerned agencies and organizations guide the election of deputies to the National Assembly in accordance with law ; synthesis election of the People's Councils at all levels ;
◦ Evaluation , the chairman of the provincial People's Committee approved the election results presidents , vice presidents and other members of the district People's Committee . Helping the People's Council , the Provincial People's Committee Standing Committee of the National Assembly , the Prime Minister approved the elected positions in accordance with law ;
◦ Advise the People's Council , People's Committee of provinces in the training , retraining People's Council , People's Committee members at all levels ; statistics on the number and quality of Council 's citizens and members of the People's Committees at all levels to review and report as prescribed ;
◦ Statistics , updating , tracking the number of administrative units at district , commune , village , neighborhood , number and quality of staff , officials of communes, wards and townships ;
◦ Monitor and manage records in the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels through the term ;
◦ Regarding the administrative boundaries :
◦ Monitor and manage the provincial administrative boundaries in accordance with the laws and guidelines of the Ministry of Home Affairs to prepare proposals and procedures relating to the establishment , merger , split, what boundary adjustment , record of the administrative boundary disputes , renamed administrative units , urban upgrading in the province to the competent authorities for consideration and decision guidelines and implementation after decision approved by the competent authority . To assist the chairman of the provincial People's Committee for implementation, management guidelines and classification of administrative units under the provisions of law;
◦ Synthesis and records management , boundary maps , landmarks , administrative boundaries of provinces under the guidance and regulations of the Ministry of the Interior ;
◦ Guide , check the operation of the village , town under the provisions of law and of the Ministry of the Interior .
◦ Guidance , report to check the implementation of democracy at communes , wards and townships and administrative agencies , state-owned units in the province of Dong Nai as prescribed by law ;
◦ To advise the administration's campaign work ;
◦ Perform other duties assigned by the Director of the Department
