On December 3rd morning, the provincial People’s Committee held a conference on deployment of some modified and amended articles of laws relating to fundamental construction investment, Decree no. 83/2009/NĐ-CP on management of investment projects of work construction, Decree no. 85/2009/NĐ-CP providing guidelines on the implementation of the Law on Tendering and selection of construction contractors under the Construction Law. Attending the conference were the Vice-Chairpersons of the provincial People’s Committee Ao Van Thinh and Dinh Quoc Thai along with representatives of departments, sectors in the province.

On October 22 morning, Tin Nghia One Member Ltd. Company launched Tin Nghia real estate trading floor (8C1 Dong Khoi, Tan Hiep Ward, Bien Hoa City) with an area of 300 m2 and a total investment capital of over VND6 billion. It is the first real estate trading floor in Dong Nai province build under the construction standards of the Ministry of Construction. |
