According to the report made by Dong Nai Transport Department, due to
some shortcomings in site clearance, the traffic works in Dong Nai province were
still implemented slowly compared to the set plan. The investment phrase now
continues to be speeded up to deploy the projects in 2009.

After hearing report from Dong Nai Department of
Transport, Vice Chairman Tran Van Vinh commented that the plans for traffic
works were not practical, so the implementation process did not meet the demand.
No projects has been finished now, thus he suggested that Dong Nai Department of
Finance should make a plan in which districts are advanced some specific funds
to carry out site clearance for residents, and the districts have to complete
project documents that are submitted to the provincial People’s Committee in the
shortest time (first week of June).
Additionally, some districts reported that land
surveying has some mistakes that lead to regular land occupation, and then the
bench mark has to be relocated at the beginning. As for this problem, Vice
Chairman Tran Van Vinh suggested that the Office of the provincial People’s
Committee should hold a meeting next week to solve the problem more clearly with
the Measuring Centre and Dong Nai Department of Natural Resources and
Environment.
