The
congress heard a report on results by the Mobilizing Board for establishing the
Association and the orientation plan of the Association in new tenure.
Accordingly, The Mobilizing Board has so far mobilized the participation of 215
members. In new tenure, the Association will train a responsible, professional
team, and prepare for the consulting tasks when needed. Additionally, the
Association has also planned to organize 5 seminars on resettlement houses,
houses for workers and low-income people, to hold professional training courses
for members and others; to organize domestic and overseas training courses for
members; to hold seminars based on the real situation of localities to find out
difficulties in construction, then to discuss suitable solutions with higher
authorities; and to make active contribution to the province’s achievements in
the coming time.
The
congress elected 27 nominees for the Executive Committee of new tenure at the
first meeting session. The new Executive Committee voted the Standing Committee
including 9 members, and Mr. Nguyen Canh holds the post of Chairman of the
Association.
