Bien Hoa City
Square Complex project is conducted by Berjaya-D2D Company, a joint venture
between Malaysian Berjaya Group and Industrial Urban Development J.S
Company No.2 (D2D). The 2.5ha Bien Hoa City Square has a total investment
capital of about US$230 million. The modern complex will comprise a five-star
hotel, a 20-storey office tower including a three-floor retail podium and one
floor dedicated to recreational facilities and 3 hi-class residential
apartments. The project is expected to complete in 5 years.
Addressing the
ground-breaking ceremony, Vice Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai highly appreciated the
efforts in implementing the project. He had also committed to create favorable
conditions for the investors to carry out the project as planned.

Dong Nai province
now rank third in the country (after Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City) in attracting
foreign investment. So this project is considered as one of key projects in Bien
Hoa city, making contribution to significantly contributing to quick and
