Mr. Saito Koki said that Japan’s procedure for ODA
capital approval has so far become more complicated, thus he hoped that the
delegation and representatives of Dong Nai province would focus on discussion to
shorten the procedure for ODA capital withdrawal in order to build Dong Nai
General Hospital and Xuan Loc General Hospital (two large-scale projects with a
total investment capital of VND470 billion). He promised to inform the final
answer after 4 weeks then.
At the working session, Vice Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai
expressed that Dong Nai expected the support from the delegation so that the
project would be early and effectively implemented.
After the working session, Mr. Saito Koki and the
delegation visited the construction site of Dong Nai General Hospital.
