The whole province has more than 28,500 studious families

The Provincial Study Encouragement Association said the whole province now has 123,115 families registering as studious families, 28,526 out of which have been admitted to this title.

The Provincial Study
Encouragement Association also said the movement of building fond-of-learning
families and family lines has been responded by many units and localities. Among
them, Vinh Cuu District Study Encouragement Association held its 3rd studious
family festival , honoring typical 57 families and one family line.
