According to a report from Bien Hoa –Vung Tau Expressway Development Joint Stock Company, missions of site clearance, compensation, resettlement, movement of technical infrastructure system have faced difficulty due to some households’ obstruction for they haven’t got compensation for site clearance and slow movement of telephone, television cables, internet transmission line, etc., influencing the progress rate of the project implementation. Ensuring traffic and environmental hygiene has basically been dressed timely, although it hasn’t been complete. The contractor have done restoration of signs, directions and renovation of passage with pot-holes, damages, etc.
At the meeting, The Vice-Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Dinh Quoc Thai requested local authority to cooperate with Department of Traffic and Transport to carry out check, classification and timely compensation for households, and urge units moving technical infrastructure to finish the mission promptly and transfer sites to the construction units.
