According to report of the investor, on November 11, Dong Nai Department of Traffic and Transport and Sonadezi Corporation initialed build-transfer contract. So far, Sonadezi Corporation finished with transferring line of site clearance range in Bien Hoa city and list of households and technical records of each land to Management Board for Bien Hoa City Projects in preparation for actual inventory.
Besides, preparations for the opening ceremony have been completed by Sonadezi Corporation, including site for opening ceremony at Nguyen Van Tri park, program of the ceremony, etc. Works to ensure safety and order of the opening ceremony have been done by the Corporation in cooperation with Bien hoa city.
At the meeting, Vice-Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Tran Van Vinh requested that in the following week, Bien Hoa city should hold a meeting with related wards in the construction site of the project to solve problems and have a report to the provicial People’s Committee as soon as possible. Vice-Chairman also asked the investor to finish related legal procedures so that construction could be started smoothly by the end of December.
