Students receive “Hoang Minh Chau” Scholarship |
60 “Hoang Minh Chau” scholarships
co-sponsored by Cuong Thuan IDICO Investment and Development Joint-stock Co.,
each worth VND60 mil, were given to 60 students of 25 province-based high
schools. The “Hoang Minh Chau” Scholarship (named after the first Party Cell’s
Secretary of Bien Hoa, Dong Nai and the first Chairman of Bien Hoa People’s
Committee after 1945) is annually organized by Dong Nai Newspaper for
needy-but-excellent high school students whose parents are staffs, party members
and employees in the province.
Addressing at the ceremony,
chief-editor of Dong Nai Newspaper Mr. Tran Huy Thanh emphasized: “Although
these scholarships are not great physically, I hope that they are motivation for
students to strive for their studying as well as for their future life”.
