Thong Nhat District Health Center Holds a Training Course on HIV/AIDS Prevention

Thong Nhat District Health Center recently held training course on HIV/AIDS prevention in communities for 50 trainees including collaborators, health propagandists in communes across the district.

Attending the course, trainees
were provided with knowledge related to HIV/AIDS prevention, such as creating
statistical forms, real situation of HIV/AIDS, ways of HIV infection; and
community-related knowledge such as preparing a communication session, factors
of communication process, necessity of counter-discrimination communication,
choosing and using communication materials and live communication skills. Also,
they were shown certain approaches of HIV/AIDS prevention in community such as
group discussion and talk on personal health, etc.
