of conference on the management of private medical and
pharmaceutical practices |
|
According to
Mr. Tu Thanh Chuong, Director of Health Department, the limited management of
private medical and pharmaceutical agencies’ activities mainly results from the
inadequacy of administration decentralization. Besides, there are cases of
overlap, of omitting breaches, and of not so threatening, but light level of
punishment that emerge in the process of inspection and investigation. At the
conference raised the reality of private practitioners and pharmacists’
management in each district. Accordingly, in the coming time, the health branch
will check, evaluate the status quo and adjust the decentralization in a clear
and ordered manner: assessment, licensing, post-check on the licensing process,
unscheduled or periodical inspection and examination of the licensing – and will
strictly penalize pursuant to the regulations those that violate the rules.
