The purchase of Health Insurance for the poverty level will be increased by adjusting the poverty line. Dong Nai will adjust the poverty line applied in next 2 years (2009-2010) with VND450,000 for rural areas and for urban regions is VND650,000. On that basic, poor access standards will be 12% comparable with the poverty line (540,000). If applied this poverty line, number of poor households in the province will be 45,000 households (accounting for 10% rate), corresponding to 225,000 poor people. The number of poor access in the province will be 20,000 households, corresponding to 100,000 poor people access.
