Blood donation Day in Bien Hoa City

In the morning of September 17, 2009, Bien Hoa City Red Cross in co-ordination with Cho Ray Blood transfusion Center held a blood donation day for individuals and units living and working in Bien Hoa City.

With a
spirit of “a drop of blood stands for a heart”, more than 300 individuals
registered in the voluntary blood donation record. That resulted in nearly 300
units of blood. This blood donation campaign has achieved good results since the
beginning of the year all over the province. It is reported that Bien Hoa City
Red Cross has collected 1,400 blood units, contributing to saving quite a number
of patients in Dong Nai General Hospital and Cho Ray Hospital.
