I. FUNCTIONS, TASK , POWERS .
- Submit the DPC decision issued directives in the areas under their assigned state .
- Submit DPC planning , long-term plan , 5 year and annual management areas assigned .
- Submit the DPC program , measures implementing the administrative reform tasks of state management areas assigned state .

- Guiding and professional management in the field of professional body for social work .
- Organization of scientific progress , technology , building information systems , storage management service of the state and the professional expertise of the district offices .
