I. FUNCTIONAL TASKS: Division of Education and Training is a specialized agency of the Unified DPC, which functions to advise and assist the district People's Committee performs the function of state administration in the field of Education and Training created for junior high schools, high schools have many levels (except high school level), primary school, educational institution for preschool and kindergarten and community learning centers in the district including objectives, programs, educational content and training standards of teachers and standards of education managers; standard facilities, school equipment and toys; regulations examinations and grant diplomas, certificates, ensuring the quality of education and training.
