On 14 September morning, Vinamilk Co. held a scholarship awarding ceremony entitled “Vinamilk incubates Vietnamese Young Talents”.
 
On September 7 morning, teachers and pupils of Dong Nai Center of Disabled Children merrily begin the new school year 2009-2010. This year the center maintains 19 classes, 14 of which are primary school classes and 5 secondary school continuation classes, with the total number of over 160 blind and deaf pupils.
 
On May 9 morning, over 80 trainees from 40 units of colleges, secondary technical schools, and vocational training centers in the province took part in a refresher class in professional management skills of vocational training centers held by General Bureau of Vocational Training at Vocational College 8.
 
On August 11, the Department of Education and Training held a training seminar on primary school education quality enhancement for 120 staffs and teachers working at primary schools in the province.
 
According to the report of the provincial Department of Education and Training, in the 2009-2010 school year, the whole province has 31 school projects, building 563 new classrooms with the total investment cost of VND461 billion.

On August 3 morning, the Department of Education and Training in coordination with the UNICEF (the United Nations Children’s Fund) held a professional refresher class on integration education for handicapped children for 100 staffs and teachers in primary schools and kindergartens.
 
On June 2 morning, Ms Huynh Thi Nga, Vice-chairwoman of the People’s Committee, presided a meeting with departments and sectors to complete the project on converting semi-public schools in the province into public school form which will be submitted to the People’s Council at the meeting next July.
 
On July 10 morning, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs held a meeting for vocational training teachers participating in the national teaching competition 2009. Dong Nai had eight papers that got high results chosen from the provincial teaching competition in 2007 and 2009.
