81.3% of high school students in Dong Nai passed graduation exam

On June 18 afternoon, Dong Nai Department of Education and Training has released 2009 high school graduation exam result. Accordingly, concerning high school education, 19,041 out of 23,399 candidates passed, accounting for 81.3%; however, 93 out of 688 free ones passed, accounting for 13.5%. For continuing education, only 885 out of 3,768 ones passed, making up 23.4%; 195 out of 1,226 free ones passed, making up 15.9%.

High School (Long Thanh District)
is the lowest with 31.2%. The best candidate of the exam is Tran Ngoc Hien of
Ngo Quyen High School, with total score of 57.5 (Biology: 10, Geography: 10,
Mathematics: 10, Literature: 8.5, Physics: 9.5, English: 9.5).
After publishing graduation
results, those who want to be rechecked their exam papers can submit their
rechecking application forms to the school in which they registered for exam. Deadline to receive rechecking application forms is June 28.
