A lot of interesting situations were given by judges for candidates to show their public speaking skills, for example essential information technology skills for chairman of people’s committee of districts and communes; awareness about importance of information technology in the locality; use of legal software; solutions to enhance effectiveness in training, etc.
By the end of the contest, the board of judges chose 3 first-prize winners, 5 second-prize winners, 7 third-prize winners who got highest scores over two rounds.
The awarding ceremony will take place in the meeting on summation of movements and contests of Department of Science and Technology by the end of this year.
