On April 20, the Delegation of Vinh Phuc province Steering Board of Information and Technology paid a visit and learnt experience in information and technology application and development in Dong Nai province. Director of Dong Nai province Department of Science and Technology Mr. Pham Van Sang received and met with the delegation.
