The project “To gather and uphold the potentiality of Dong Nai province’s intellectual staff from now till 2010, with a vision towards 2020” led by Dr. Huynh Van Toi – Head of the Provincial Party Committee’s Propaganda Board is approved by the Specialized Scientific Council and asked to check and take over as a good result by the People’s Committee.

This project is aimed at
studying, analyzing real states and assessing the potentiality of the scientific
and technological intellectual staff in Dong Nai Province that has university
degree and over, especially people with MA and Dr degrees. Since then, policies
and feasible and specific solutions are proposed to gather and uphold creative
skills of the provincial intellectual staff, contributing to the implementation
of industrialization and modernization in Dong Nai till 2010, with a vision
towards 2020.
