The theme shows that, process of modernization has had positive effects on lives of farmers living in this region, such as improvement in income and living standard, changes in mechanism and diversification of professions, enhancement of high-quality labors, etc. It has also brought about negative effects; for example, many farmers have a little or no land for production; female labors and the middle-aged find difficult to find jobs; living and ecological environment have changed; conflicts in social community have arisen and there have been income differences between household groups.
Based on research results, the theme also offered some solutions, suggestions which focused on timely and effective deployment vocational training programs, employment resolution for rural labors, link of responsibilities of businesses and community, development of coherent and conscious policies on development and modernization, provision of encouragement to businesses who have investment and development strategies towards stability and ones that are community-friendly and limited use of rich agricultural land.
The theme was checked over and given good results.
