Dinh Quoc Thai stressed that for the spirit of the 4th Dong Nai Patriotic
Emulation Congress to be promoted in all areas, levels of the Party, the
government, Fatherland Front Committee and political unions are required to
keep a better grasp of the contents of the Politburo’s Directive no. 39 on
patriotic emulation and to associate the campaign “Study and follow the ethical
example of President Ho Chi Minh” with the enhancement of propaganda and
education and with the promotion of national traditions and history and of
patriotism among officers and Party members.
Particularly, Dong Nai’s
