On March 24, Provincial Post Office collaborated with People’s Committee of Bien Hoa City to operate home-delivery services of administrative documents. Accordingly, documents receiving and returning agent of City People’s Committee will handle home-delivered transmission of administrative documents in relation to fields like: environment, tax, business registration, tax registration, civil status and so on at the request of citizens.
Leaders of provincial post office said that Bien Hoa City is the first one in Dong Nai province to offer home delivery services of public administrative documents. In 2014, provincial post office will be expanded its documents returning service at one-door agent of district-level People’s Committee. Of which, Dinh Quan and Tan Phu District will provide this service at the beginning of April, 2014.
It is widely known that after two years of implementation, home delivery service of administrative documents at departments, agencies and localities receive support from the people since time-saving and traveling cost-effective are retained.
