The congress totally agreed upon
the resolutions by the 2nd Party Congress (2010-2015 term) of Cam My district.
Accordingly, Cam My will mobilize
all its resources to cause investment to flow to infrastructure projects, to
achieve a breakthrough in transportation and to aim for an average annual growth
rate of GDP from 12 to 13 percent.
Additionally, Cam My will pay a
special attention to economic development and to how to increase the
productivity and quality of major crops, look after people’s materialistic and
spiritual lives, carry out sustainable poverty alleviation strategies, improve
the quality of human resources and provide vocational training for rural
workers.
The congress also elected a new
Executive Committee composed of 37 members and an 18-member delegation to attend
the 9th Party Congress of the province.
Mr. Bui Huu Hanh was re-elected
the Secretary of Cam My Party Committee.
