The objective of this project is to build
successfully model of learning society in communes, wards and towns to meet
basic learning needs of people, to meet the goal of improving people's
knowledge, personnel training and fostering talents in the province from 2010 to
2015.
As reported by the research team, thus far the
project has been completed in terms of investigation, construction of four
models (in Phu Ly and Xuan My communes, Long Thanh town and Quyet Thang war).
Through researching and building models, they
have identified main contents of this kind of model, which is focusing to solve
two basic problems: creating conditions for mobilization and ensuring sufficient
learning places for preschool children; improving operation quality of community
learning centers and calling on people to register to learning contents and
organizing classes that they need.
