The
meeting listened to Head of the Organization Board of Dong Nai Party Committee
Tran Minh Thau present the summary report on the multi-level Party Congress.
In
the process of implementation and organization of the congress, levels of Party
Committee have given close and prompt directions concerning exemplary and pilot
congresses held on a large scale.
Democracy has been spread and come into reality among the Party and society.
Inspection and monitoring are conducted regularly and promptly.
Levels of Party committee have specified the Central Party Committee and the
province’s documents in line with the characteristics and situation of units and
localities and set up implementation plans.
The
Executive Committee’s political and work-review reports have received levels of
Party Committee’s attention and appropriate evaluations.
All
Party organs organize sessions to listen to officers, Party members and people
from all walks of life’s contributive opinions on draft documents with the aim
of showing democracy.
The
personnel preparation work of levels of Party Committee has complied with the
directions of the central government and Dong Nai Party Committee.
The
quality of many levels of Party committee is raised.
The
new and young members of levels of Party Committee reach 15 percent.
The
new first-time levels of Party committee hit 30 percent.
The
organization and management of the congress are required to go together with
basic principles, regulations and instruction procedures.
The
multi-level Party Congress has actually become a widespread political activity
among the Party and the masses, basically satisfied requirements, contents and
time under levels of Party Committee’s directions and created an essential basis
for the success of higher level Party Congress.
However, there remain weaknesses in the organization of the multi-level Party
Congress as follows:
+
Some units have still made lengthy and unclear political reports.
+
Levels of Party Committee‘s personnel preparation work hasn’t been done closely
and hasn’t followed procedures.
+ The
percentage of female staff in some levels of Party Committees is still low.
+ The
average age of the leadership of levels of Party Committees remains high.
+ The
Presidium has not been able to tackle problems properly and promptly when
problems arise.
+ The
lack of solidarity occurs in some Party organs.

obtaining outstanding achievements in the service of Dong Nai Party
Congress are honored at the meeting |
Addressing the meeting, Secretary of Party Committee Tran Dinh Thanh highly
appreciated the achievements of levels of Party Committee in the leadership,
direction and organization of multi-level Party Congresses.
From
now to the end of 2010, levels of Party committee are required:
+ To
focus on their leadership and direction towards levels of authorities, sectors,
agencies and units.
+ To
make efforts in implementing assigned tasks effectively.
+ To
identify major solutions.
+ To
make implementation plans.
+ To
fully grasp and make the resolutions of the Ninth Dong Nai Party Congress known
to people from all walks of life.
+ To
keep promoting the propaganda of major national holidays and of the results of
the Ninth Dong Nai Party Congress Party.
+ To
urgently review, supplement, perfect and promulgate levels of Party Committee’s
work regulations.
+ To
classify and evaluate grassroots Party organs and Party members in 2010.
+ To
set up plans to help improve officers’ political and professional knowledge with
the aim of standardizing and make them qualified enough to successfully complete
given political tasks in the future.
+ To
seek for solutions to the improvement of capacity and fighting power of
grassroots Party organs and of the quality of Party members.
On
this occasion, 19 collectives and 75 individuals obtaining outstanding
achievements in the service of the multi-level Party Congress were honored and
awarded certificates of merit by Dong Nai Party Committee.
