Forms of documents include copies, invitations, announcements, working schedule, official correspondences, reports of levels, guiding and managing information of leaders, materials for meetings and work, documents sent to agency to know, reports, except secret documents. Besides, the decision also states clearly way of sending and receiving electronic documents, prohibited behaviors, rules, responsibilities for ensuring information safety, etc.
The decision is aimed at contributing to public administration reform, reduction on unnecessary papers, economy and effectiveness of administrative management in the province.
