Discuss allurement allowance regime for IT employees of administrative agencies

On October 27 afternoon, Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology reported the project on allurement allowance regime for information technology (IT) employees of administrative agencies to the Provincial People’s Committee.

   At the meeting, the content of project was unanimously approved and the project was expected to be presented in the 16th meeting of the Provincial People’s Council.

   Accordingly, the allurement allowance’s beneficiaries will be IT employees of administrative agencies, who hold college degrees or higher ones. In particular, those holding college degrees will receive their basic salary multiplied by 1, university degrees multiplied by 1.5, and higher degrees multiplied by 2. At the meeting, representatives from the Departments stated that the project was necessary and if applied, it would better boost the application of IT in administrative reform, making contribution to training IT employees for the State and local administrative agencies. Delegates also approved that the allurement allowance regime would be implemented in 5-year period.
