The training course is aimed at helping agencies that have been applying public administration ISO add more experts in internal evaluation in these units and at the same time update more skills to facilitate internal management, contributing to effective implementation of activities to improve management system in the unit with good outcomes.
As reported, over the past time, program of public administration ISO has supported over 28 state administrative units in Dong Nai province in building and applying public administration ISO, producing some positive outcomes and serving task of administrative procedure reform like reduction in work settlement time and clear and explicit outcomes in work completion.
