Dong Nai Center for Applied Biotechnology has made use of and taken advantages of location, natural resources along with technical  infrastructure of related areas. It does not duplicate, but bring into full play and inherit achievements that biotech research centers gained in both short term and strategic development, meeting requirements of construction of Hi-Tech Zone specialized in biotechnology and creating a premise for a science city for the country in the future.
