          Certain articles of regulation on application of ISO 9001:2000 quality management system amended and supplemented

          Dong Nai People’s Committee has given a notice in writing to related departments and agencies on implementing the Decision No.118/2009/QD-TTg on amending and supplementing certain articles of the Decision No.144/2006/QD-TTg dated June 20, 2006 by the Prime Minister. This Decision stipulates the application of quality management systems compliant with TCVN ISO 9001:2000 standard to the operation of state administrative agencies.

             Accordingly, the TCVN ISO 9001:2000 standard of the Decision No.144/2006/QD-TTg will be replaced with the TCVN ISO 9001: 2008 standard. If the new standard is checked and promulgated by competent authorities, it will be applied. The aforesaid Decision also amended 6 articles including article 1, 2, 10, 11, 12 and 13, as well as abolished article 14 and article 15.

             The Decision will take effect on November 25, 2009.
