| Contestants compete in test of practice skills on computers |
After organized six times, with the aim of promoting introduction of information technology in state administration tasks in localities, the contest has been interested and responded by hundreds of local cadres of wards and communes across the province, with 90 prizes awarded to excellent contestants.
At the contest this year, there have been 50 contestants who are Deputy Secretary of Party Committees, Chairmen and Vice-Chairmen of People’s Council and People’s Committee in Dong Nai in Group A. Contestants will compete in two rounds with three tests in the first round including basic knowledge about operating system, office computer application knowledge and internet use knowledge. After completing the first round, excellent contestants will go to the second round in which they have to give a talk on awareness about information technology application capacity of wards and communes, depending on drawing lots to choose topics.
In Group A, the organization board expects to award three first prizes, five second prizes, and seven third ones.
