On September 16 morning, Vocational College 8 celebrated its 18th foundation anniversary and started the new school year.

training, training associated with enterprises and jobs”, in the 2008-2009
academic year, the school has instructed more than 18,000 trainees in twenty
nine professions, 6,200 of whom are at college level and the rest are
intermediate and elementary ones. Dong Nai province has sent 450 ethnic learners
to the school for training, and the school has taught national defense education
subject for 8,500 students of colleges and technical schools in the region. The
whole school is enthusiastically responding to the movement of “saying no to
‘achievement disease’ in education and examination”, and its teaching quality
has been being enhanced step by step. In the past school year, 10,400 trainees
graduated, 85 percent of them had proper jobs with stable incomes.

Bringing into play the results in
the last academic year and achievements during more than 18 years of vocational
training, in 2009-2010, the school is concentrating many resolutions to
increasingly raise its education quality and try to have more than 90 percent of
graduates having suitable jobs.
