On 06/21/2013 , Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 37/2013/QD-UBND use regulation and management diplomatic passport , official passport officials , civil servants Dong Nai province . This decision takes effect from the date of 01/7/2013 and replace Decision dated 10.09.1999 3308/QD.CT.UBT Chairman of Dong Nai Province issued a decision v / v household management screening , personnel, overseas delegations of Dong Nai province .
8 regulations that apply to officers and employees of the party system agencies , State agencies , political organizations and provincial society ; management officials ( heads and deputy heads first ) case granted diplomatic passports , official passports under the provisions of Decree No. 136/2007/ND-CP dated 17/8/2007 of the Government on the entry or exit of people and Vietnam Decree No. 65/2012/ND-CP dated 06/9/2012 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree dated 17/8/2007 of the Government so136/2007/ND-CP .
Department of Foreign Affairs tasked to coordinate with the provincial People's Committee Office , Department of the Interior , the Provincial Public Security and relevant agencies to guide and organize the implementation of this Regulation .
