Planning and implementing environmental protection tasks trade and industry in 2013
On 19.7.2013 issued PPC Plan implementing tasks 5754/KH-UBND environmental protection industry and trade in 2013.
Plan issued in order to raise awareness of the units in the area of danger , of the chemical , energy savings , implementation of measures to rationalize production and environmental protection in industry injury . Prevention of environmental problems caused by toxic chemicals cause . Timely detection behaviors causing environmental pollution in trade and industry . Collect data on chemical safety response service of chemical incidents in the province .
Trade and industry should develop a detailed plan to perform the tasks of environmental protection industry to coordinate with the departments, agencies and entities related development, implementation and completion of the task in 2013 .
In 2013 the industry should implement : synthesis and compilation of propaganda and dissemination of cleaner production for industry and trade sector ; organizations monitor and guide activities to support emergency response drills chemical enterprises in the province , collecting additional , updated data on the management and use of chemical production in three key industrial zones , in collaboration with the functional unit test , support protecting the environment for enterprises in trade and industry .
PPC also requires departments and agencies and local authorities including the Department of Finance , Department of Natural Resources and Environment , Department of Planning and Investment , Customs Department , the Industrial Zone Management Committee , the provincial Public Security Department fire Police , the district , TX Bien Hoa and Long Khanh close coordination with each other in the environmental protection industry and trade .
For businesses in the province in coordination with the Department of Trade and Industry in monitoring the activities of chemical and environmental protection industry and trade ; provide information on the application of energy-saving measures , using cleaner fuels and cleaner production in industry .
The results to be achieved in the environmental protection industry and trade including : synthetic material build on the work of cleaner production in industry and trade ; held 2 classes ( 100 students ) communication and dissemination and guiding the implementation of the content of cleaner production in industry and trade units departments, agencies and localities in the province ; propaganda cleaner production in industry and trade on media mass ; work organization , guidance and support environmental protection activities for 60 enterprises , which use , produce dangerous chemical trading potentially unsafe and affect environmental monitoring activities incident response exercises for 25 key enterprises are at high risk .
Total cost estimates for implementation of environmental protection industry and trade in 2013 was 285.109 million VND ( details attached appendix ) ; funds allocated for environmental protection for trade and industry in 2013.
For the work of implementing the PPC industry and commerce department responsible for implementation of environmental protection tasks trade and industry ; departments and agencies , People's Committees of districts, Long Khanh town , Bien Hoa City and business industrial base functions and tasks content this plan in coordination with the Department of Trade and Industry to implement the task .
PPC requested the concerned unit deployment task seriously and report on the results of PPC in December 2013 . During the deployment process should any issues arise should be reported promptly to the PPC ( and sent to the Department of Trade and Industry ) to handle steering .
