According to report of Vinh Cuu district People’s Committee, so far, the Committee has approved scheme for five-time compensation of total of 880 individual homes for the project on road no. 767. The project has been constructed since August 17, 2010 and the construction unit have bulldozed land to prepare for its construction. For Road no. 768, inventory of property and clearance for 572 individual homes and a plan for compensation prequalification in three turns for 136 homes had been done. For Trang Bom district, the committee has decided to reclaim 330 lands, which is equivalent to 285 homes. At current, there have been 37 homes that decision to reclaim has not been made.
To sum up, Vice-Chairperson of the provincial People’s Committee Tran Van Vinh has requested related units check files of land compensation in districts; for lands issued red books and legal papers, they must be compensated; for ones without legal papers, they must be confirmed to be able to compensate and support people satisfactorily.
