Congress twice. My first time was the 10th National Party Congress held in Ba
Dinh Hall in 2006 and the second time is the 11th National Party Congress held
in the National Convention Center. This is a big and well-prepared congress”.
* Could you be more specific about the
significance of the 11th National Party Congress, please?
- The 11th National Party Congress is a step into
the new decade that marks the event in which our country gets out of poverty and
backwardness to join the group of developed countries.
Of course, there remain many challenges ahead,
but with basic conditions and orientations that the Party and the people have
chosen I know for sure that we will be able to overcome all challenges.
Therefore, we can see that the Party’s major
documents will be passed at the 11th National Party Congress with the brain and
intelligence of the Party and the people.
* Could you tell us what your specific
contributions at the Congress are, please?
- First, I will fulfill my responsibilities as a
participant of the 11th National Party Congress. With my emotion and
intellectual and as a representative for Dong Nai, I would like to make
contributions to the Congress’ overall success.
Regarding contributions at the Congress, is is
not now that congressional participant start to contribute opinions, but they
did it before. A lot of ideas were contributed to documents at Provincial Party
Congresses.
After that, many contributions will be made in
different forms; for example, in the form of opinion and text exchanges.
Before leaving for the Congress, Dong Nai
delegation convened a meeting and contributed ideas on the Congress’ by-laws.
Dong Nai puts a lot of expectations on the
Congress’ documents; guidelines, and new development models as well, especially
the development towards modern people.
Dong Nai is a province situated in the southern
key economic region. So, Dong Nai takes great interest in this matter and if we
have ideas, we will make substantial contributions to the above opinions.
* What do you want from the 11th National Party
Congress?
- All delegates and I hope that the contributions
of each delegation and of each delegate to the reports, documents, fundamental,
the country’s economic development strategies will contribute to making the
Congress successful, bringing its documents into life and making the country
develop.
