As known, the whole investment capital for this construction reaches more than VND900 billion under a BT service contract (building-transfer). For a appropriate construction investment mode and prompt construction deployment, the Vice-Chairman demanded the company would propose the investment project for the provincial People’s Committee as soon as possible.
