Thong Nhat District has many advantageous land plots which will be auctioned
In which, Thong Nhat District alone has 3
"golden" land areas, which is Residential Area No. 1 in Bau Ham 2 Commune,
72ha wide, with residential land planning, starting price of over VND2.1 thousand billion; Residential area No. 2, Bau Ham
2 Commune, has an area of nearly 70 hectares, residential land planning,
starting price of more than VND1.9 thousand
billion; Dau Giay farmers market land phase 2 has an area of nearly
50 hectares, starting price of more than VND1
thousand billion and it is planned for commercial and service land. Xuan Tan Residential
and Resettlement area, Long Khanh city has an area of 32ha,
starting price of more than VND1.3 trillion.
The above land plots have been assigned by the
Provincial People's Committee to the Provincial Land Development Center to
complete the dossier, conduct compensation for site clearance to have the land
put up for auction. It is expected that the above land plots when put up for
auction will generate the much larger amount money than the starting price.
Currently, many businesses are waiting to register to participate in the
auction to own the above land plots and implement the project according to the
plan. Most of the land put up for auction has a detailed 1/500 plan, cleared
land, and winning businesses can start building the project right away.
