of the Provincial People's
Committee presents tokens to 11 foreign NGOs and FDI enterprises that have effectively cooperated in
Dong Nai Province in 2021
It is known that in 2021 and the first 6 months of
2022, the province has received 32 assistances of Foreign NGOs, associations
and foreign enterprises. Thereby, 35 foreign non-governmental projects have
been implemented with a funding value equivalent to VND83.29 billion. In
addition, through the program of the Provincial People's Committee on
"Strengthening cooperation and mobilizing foreign non-governmental aid in
Dong Nai Province in the period of 2019 - 2022", the province has received
non-governmental aids and medical supplies, contributed funds for the
prevention and control of the Covid epidemic with a value of nearly VND50
billion.
On this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee
and the Provincial Union of Friendship Organizations presented tokens and
gratitude symbols to 11 foreign NGOs and FDI enterprises for the effective assistance
in Dong Nai Province in 2021. In addition, Provincial Union of Friendship
Organizations received registrations for social security projects of Foreign Non-governmental
Organizations in Dong Nai with a value of nearly VND3.5 billion.

Speaking at the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoang, Vice
Chairperson of the
Provincial People's Committee emphasized that the province urgently needs the
cooperation, material and technical support of foreign NGOs, international
friends, and international cooperation; the social responsibility of FDI
enterprises for stable and sustainable development in the several fields. Dong
Nai has been created all favorable conditions for the successful implementation
of humanitarian programs and projects of foreign NGOs, international friends
and FDI enterprises.
Also according to Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoang, Vice Chairperson of the Provincial People's Committee, the province is
committed to further promoting information sharing with foreign NGOs and
donors.
At the same time, Dong Nai Province continues to
reform administrative procedures to create favorable conditions for foreign
non-governmental organizations come to know more about the province and have
the cooperation. In addition, Dong Nai Province will perform well the
inspection and close supervision to ensure that the fund is used for the right
purposes and to the right subjects to bring about sustainable efficiency.
