Besides their positive aspects, computers and internet cause a lot of problems. Particularly, “Online Game and Internet Addiction” is becoming a social problem due to their negative aspects. On the morning of August 6, Dong Nai Newspaper collaborated with Dong Nai Educational and Psychological Science Society in holding a seminar on “Online Game and Internet Addiction: Realities and Solutions” at Dinh Tien Hoang secondary school. The seminar was attended by a lot of researchers and scientists inside and outside the province.

Delegates have speech at the seminar

    Delegates mainly focused on the issues: history of the studies on online game and internet addiction, clinical symptoms, the causes of addiction, social difficulties, psychology and life, game addiction and health, intervention and solutions. This seminar takes a multi-dimensional look at online game and internet addiction. Through the seminar, scientists, managers, educators, parents and those who take an interest in this field can have a deeper understanding of it to promote positive aspects and reduce the harmful effects of the Internet use.
