On the morning of January 27, the leadership of Dong Nai Party Committee and People's Committee met with the leadership and the reporters of southern press agencies in Ho Chi Minh city, East Cochinchina and Dong Nai early 2010.

Addressing the
meeting, Chairman of Dong Nai People’s Committee – Vo Van Mot acknowledged
journalists and reporters’ contributions. They have shown their sensitiveness
and zeal in propaganda and reflection on Dong Nai’s socio-economic life, “Good
person, good deed” examples, new models and dynamic examples. “The press is an
important information channel and a bridge to disseminate information on the
policies of the government and the Party to the people and to transmit their
aspirations to the government as well.” asserted Mot. Also, he proposed that
journalists keep making more contributions to Dong Nai.
