conference.

Ho Chi Minh city and from Dong Nai province attended the conference.

After Deputy Director of
Department of Planning and Investment Nguyen Luc Hoa reported on the highlights
of the implementation of socio-economic tasks, and national defence and security
in 2010 and of the scheduled tasks in 2011 and Dong Nai Journalists Association
reminded of the articles in 2010 about Dong Nai in some newspapers, reporters
had a frank discussion with agencies, committees, and sectors on socio-economic
issues: Vedan’s compensation for farmers, the benefits that businesses will
enjoy after Bien Hoa Industrial Zone 1 is relocated and changes its operational
purposes, the progress of the termination of the breeding project in Bien Hoa
city and students’ complaints about Lac Hong University’s new scoring system.
At the press conference, the
representatives from departments and sectors gave direct answers to reporters’
questions.
Also directed functional agencies
to facilitate reporters and journalists’ work.
Addressing the conference, Mr.
Huynh Van Toi acknowledged reporters and journalists’ contributions in recent
years and put an emphasis on their propaganda directions in the coming time.
Toi hoped that they would
accompany Dong Nai in the process of the implementation of socio-economic
development in 2011 on the basis of legal, true and honest propaganda.
