Volunteers are registering to donate blood at the Spring Blood
Donation Campaign

Nguyen Van Nam said that Spring Blood Donation Campaign 2011 was held to call
for people from all walks of life to give blood in early new year days and to
gradually form beauty and culture “Give Blood in Early New Year Days to Save
People’s Life”.
This year, the campaign was held
together with the message: “Donate blood in early new year days – multiply
happiness”, “Give blood – bring back belief and hope”, “Connect heart and life”,
“Spring Blood Donation Campaign 2011 – Start of love” and so on.
The campaign actually becomes a
great festival for all the hearts with love and enthusiasm towards the
community.
Following the campaign, Bien Hoa
Voluntary Blood Donation Committee and those who receive blood from the Cho Ray
Blood Transfusion Center collaborated with the above-mentioned schools in
holding a voluntary blood donation day for officers, teachers, students and
workers.
As a result, 350 units of blood
were donated.
The campaign is expected to
continue receiving blood from Ngo Quyen high school (on February 16), from
Nguyen Trai and Le Hong Phong high schools (on February 23), from Chu Van An
high school (on February 24) and from Nam Ha high school (on February 25).
